　　我们都是怀着怎样的期待和目的去看一场艺术展呢？答案可以有很多，但在张占占这里只有一种。他说我们就请大家来画廊坐坐吧，就坐一会，说不说话都可以…不论做过多少的展览，他的展始终只是一份邀约，最安静，最柔软，不设防。

　　我时常回想，去过那么多博物馆，看过那样多的艺术品，为何依旧会被张占占所打动呢？或许是因为坦诚才是世上最稀有的品质吧，毕竟要将最软弱的位置暴露于外人面前，恰恰需要更多的勇气和坚强。占占笔下的世界便是如此，不论是红兔子、红熊，还是那个红发的小女孩，他们都丝毫不掩饰自己的脆弱。也正是这份坦诚相对，才让我们敢于打开层层武装的心，重新去感受，去与他一同变得温柔。即便在Hello Kitty、蓝精灵这样为人熟知的国际IP创作中，占占也能够赋予每个角色一个新的灵魂，一个和我们每个人一样，等待被关爱的、孤独的灵魂。

　　当你直视他新作中那些未曾出现过的，伤痕累累的面孔，你将在那一双双深邃的眼中沦陷。那无尽幽暗中，微光在闪烁，是哀伤的泪光吗？还是充满希翼的星光？你想读懂这复杂的眼神，你想判断他们紧锁嘴角溢出的声音；你想伸手入框，触碰他们身旁的黑暗，最后却碰到了自己的轮廓。很多时候，我们需要的只是一种静静的相望，没有人应该是孤岛。

　　在这个原子化的钢铁丛林之中，无意义的孤独在不断地蔓延，然而，只要望向一只兔子，或者一只毛茸茸的蓝精灵，便会勾起人们心中那一点安静的柔软，点亮一颗橙色的火焰。

　　What kind of expectations and goals do we have when going to an art exhibition？ There can be many answers， but for Zhang Zhanzhan， there is only one. He said，“let‘s just invite everyone to come to the gallery， just sit for a little while， whether they talk or not....”. No matter how many exhibitions he has done， his exhibition always remain an invitation， the quietest， softest， and unguarded one.

　　I often recall my experience going to museums and seeing different kinds of artwork， and I wonder why I still get moved by Zhang Zhanzhan’s work. Perhaps it is because that honesty is the rarest quality in the world. Ultimately， it takes more courage and strength to expose the softest part to others. The world painted by Zhang Zhanzhan is like this. Whether it is the red rabbit， the red bear， or the little ginger girl， they don‘t hide their vulnerability at all. Because of his genuine expression， we can gather more courage to open our hearts， to feel the world again， and to become a gentle person. Even with the well-known collaboration with Hello Kitty and The Smurfs， Zhanzhan can still indue each character a new soul， a lonely soul waiting to be loved and cared just like that of us.

　　When you look directly at the scarred faces that appear for the first time in his new works， you will fall into those deep eyes. In the endless darkness， the gleam is flickering. Is it sad tear or a star full of hope？ You will want to find out the complexity behind those eyes， or perhaps you would like to hear the voice that overflows from the corners of their tightly closed mouths… You want to reach into the frame， touch the darkness beside them， but the narrative ends up at touching yourself. For many times， all we need is a quiet stare at each other， and no man is an island.

　　In this atomized steel jungle， meaningless loneliness is constantly spreading. However， as we look at a rabbit or a furry smurf， it will evoke the quiet soft area in people’s hearts and lights up a warm flame.

　　张占占

　　ZHANG ZHANZHAN

　　当代艺术家，1982 年生于河北，毕业于南京艺术学院。作品被多名知名收藏家及影视明星收藏。张占占的作品大都以孤独作为主题，以简练柔和的线条、简洁而标志性的红黑配色、可爱而沉默的动物形象进行传达。他的作品既是对孤独感及其情境的描绘，也令人感受到当代社会生活中人们的共同处境，以此引动人们对于自身及与他人的关系等问题的关注与思考。

　　Zhang Zhanzhan， contemporary artist. Born in Hebei in 1982， graduated from Nanjing University of the Arts. His works have been collected by many well-known collectors and film stars. Most of Zhang Zhanzhan‘s works are based on the theme of loneliness， conveyed by simple and soft lines， simple and iconic red and black color schemes， and cute and silent animal images. His work is both a depiction of loneliness and its situation and also make people feel the common situation of them in contemporary social life and arouse people’s attention and reflection on issues such as themselves and their relationships with others.
